Shipping Policy — Café Delights

At Café Delights, every order is crafted with intention. We partner with Dripshipper to ensure your coffee is freshly roasted and your teas are carefully prepared before leaving our facility—never sitting on shelves, always made to order.

Order Processing

All orders are custom-prepared upon purchase.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun
  • During peak demand, processing times may be extended slightly to maintain quality standards

By placing an order, you agree to these preparation timelines.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery estimates (after processing):

  • United States: 3–12 business days

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or global logistics are outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

All orders include tracking.

  • Tracking details are sent via email once shipped
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure availability for delivery

Failure to receive or retrieve a package does not qualify for a refund.

Address Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for free reshipment
  • Reshipping fees will apply
  • We are unable to guarantee address changes after an order is placed

Delivered Orders Policy

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

Café Delights is not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Incorrect delivery due to address errors
  • Delivery to mailrooms, parcel lockers, or shared spaces

Customers must contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.

Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather events
  • High-volume seasonal periods

Such delays do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.

Non-Delivery Claims

If a package is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of the last tracking update
  • We will initiate a carrier investigation where applicable
  • Claims made outside this window may not be eligible for review

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to this shipping policy.

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of this agreement
  • We reserve the right to provide this policy, tracking confirmation, and delivery proof to dispute all claims
  • Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in order refusal or future purchase restrictions

High-Risk Orders

For fraud prevention, Café Delights reserves the right to:

  • Hold or cancel suspicious orders
  • Request identity or payment verification
  • Refuse service at our discretion
